Summer DeTox: Relieve Stress + Boost Immunity with Mindfulness and Pranayama

Feeling exhausted, fried?  Rejuvenate for summer with mindfulness!  We'll kick off with Sheetali, a cooling breathing technique to beat the summer heat (great for hot flashes, too!).  Then dive into tranquil meditations, including a unique standing meditation practice that deeply soothes the nerves, and the mind-refreshing "So Hum" mantra meditation.  To further cool the body, remove toxins, and refresh the mind, we'll explore a hands-free version of Nadi Shodhana, the alternate-nostril breathing technique praised for its rejuvenating and meditative qualities.  Complete the afternoon lying down for a nourishing and relaxing body scan yoga nidra!  Kick off summer with an afternoon of mindful self-care!
