Then try Bhramari, the bumblebee breath, one of my favorites for removing mental clutter. Next, sit comfortably for a refreshing breath-based meditation. And finally, lie down for a soothing and rejuvenating body scan yoga nidra. Leave feeling more clear, open, grounded, and peaceful.
