Together, we will:
Meditate, stargaze, and mindfully walk in nature to examine how the natural elements govern the seasons of our lives;
Experience mindful moments of silence, meditate on sounds of nature, and enjoy friendly conversation by the mesmerizing beauty of a summer campfire;
Create a group sand mandala to remind ourselves of the interconnectedness of all beings and events;
Experience indoor seated meditations as gateways to wisdom and joy;
Explore techniques to unlock an inner world filled with limitless compassion, contentment, and insight;
Move, play, share, and connect.
