For 18+ years, I've worked with elite performers, including musicians, singers, composers, conductors, and dancers at Tanglewood Music Center, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Conservatory, Berkshire Opera Company, Nashville Ballet, Cleveland Institute of Music, Western Illinois University School of Music, and the Juilliard School.  I've also taught for elite students, including those at Princeton, Harvard, Emma Willard, Burr & Burton Academy, and Lawrenceville, as well as in corporate settings and private sessions for famed actors and politicians.  The ancient practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness can directly support a blossoming or thriving career.
