Always consult with your doctor before beginning this or any yoga, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness or Ayurveda practice.

User understands and agrees that yoga, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness and Ayurveda can transform one's relationship with their body, mind, and emotions. For any health concerns or conditions when using Materials, including but not limited to audio and video recordings on this site, or when practicing on your own, if you experience any pain or discomfort, discontinue practice immediately and consult with your health care provider(s).

Although meditation, breath-work, mindful movement, and Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and self-care practices are generally considered to be safe for healthy people, always modify the practice to enhance your comfort. If anything offered doesn’t feel good for you, stop immediately and don’t do it.

Do not use meditation, yoga, breath-work (pranayama), mindfulness or Ayurveda to replace conventional care or as a reason to postpone seeing a health care provider about a medical problem. Continue to work with certified medical professionals for all your medical needs.

There have been reports that meditation and breath-work could cause or worsen symptoms in people with certain psychiatric conditions like anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, and depression. People with existing or suspected mental health conditions or concerns should speak with their health care providers before starting any meditative practice.

Thank you so much for engaging with us. This page may be updated from time to time.
