Learn how to determine your dosha/constitution (vata, pitta, kapha) and how you can achieve balance in every aspect of your life through this understanding and the implementation of Ayurveda practices. Study:
- Dincharya - Ayurvedic healthy daily routines
- Ayur-yoga - develop yoga sequences appropriate for each dosha
- Multilevel comprehension of the holistic practice of yoga.
Bring a towel for abhyanga.
