Ayurvedic Self-Care for the Senses on ZOOM

Time for some Valentine's Day self-care!  Indulge the 5 senses in nourishing, purifying, soothing Ayurvedic practices.  Learn these traditional techniques and how to approach them in modern times:  oil swishing, dry brushing, tongue scraping, neti (nasal cleansing), nasya (nasal oiling), abhyanga (oil massage), herbal toothpastes, as well as eye and ear care.  You'll be guided through a self-massage, so have 2oz of organic massage oil (e.g. sesame, sunflower, almond, jojoba, or coconut oil) and a towel for the luxurious abhyanga--followed by a guided relaxation while the oil absorbs.  Come nourish yourself with Ayurveda's favorite self-care practices for the senses!
