Join me for a 4-week Hanuman-inspired yoga series designed to balance pitta, increase flexibility, and open the heart. Each week we’ll flow through stretchy, spacious sequences that cool the body and refresh the mind while progressively working toward variations of hanumanasana (splits). More than just a flexibility practice, this series invites you to embody Hanuman’s devotion, courage, and lightness through movement, breath, philosophical readings and mythological storytelling.
Expect fluid warm-ups to increase mobility, progressive sequences to prepare the hips and hamstrings, and heart-opening philosophy woven throughout. We’ll balance effort with ease, strength with surrender, and movement with moments of stillness. Guided breathwork and relaxation will leave you feeling refreshed and centered, helping to counteract summer’s heat. Designed for intermediate practitioners, this series offers the perfect blend of challenge and spaciousness.
