Late summer often carries lingering intensity—pitta dosha still active in the system even as the season begins to turn. This series meets that moment with precision and ease: a steady rhythm of intermediate-level yoga, cooling movement, breath, and contemplative reflection to help you settle, soften, and restore balance.

Each class features a different variation of Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), cooling pranayama, and readings from the Radiance Sutras, creating a layered practice that is both embodied and contemplative.

What You’ll Experience

  • Moon Salutation Variations for Cooling
Each week offers a different expression of Chandra Namaskar—slow, fluid, and grounding. These lunar sequences help release heat, quiet overstimulation, and restore receptivity.

  • Cooling Pranayama Practices
Simple, steady breathwork to regulate internal temperature, calm the nervous system, and support clarity and ease.

  • The Radiance Sutras: Poetry as Practice
Selected verses from the Radiance Sutras offer a sensorial, heart-centered lens for contemplation, inviting direct experience and resonance.

  • Integration and Subtle Reset
Each session closes with quiet reflection, allowing practice to settle and extend into your day.

A Considered Approach for Established Practitioners

Designed for students with an established practice, this intermediate-level series offers a cooling counterbalance to late summer—supporting regulation, receptivity, and a quieter, more spacious inner state as the season unfolds.
