Through a blend of mindfulness meditation, contemplative practices, gentle breathwork, and restorative relaxation, you'll discover simple yet profound ways to quiet mental chatter, replenish your energy, and access deeper insight.

Larissa will guide you through a variety of engaging mindfulness experiences, including:

  • ️Body scan meditation relaxations to deeply rest the body and rejuvenate the mind

  • Soothing breathwork practices to refresh mental clarity and restore inner balance

  • Mindful coloring to foster creativity, presence, and calm

  • Contemplative jigsaw puzzling as a practice of focus and reflection

  • A collaborative sand mandala exploring impermanence, beauty, and connection

  • Research-based mindfulness techniques that cultivate clarity, contentment, and purposeful intention

This program is suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
