Strong, steady legs are one of the best investments you can make in your long-term health, mobility, and independence. This six-week series is designed to help you build balance, strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up.

Each class features a complete intermediate-level yoga practice with a special emphasis on the legs through balancing poses, standing postures, strengthening exercises, leg stretches, and core work. From an Ayurvedic perspective, we'll also support apana vayu—the grounding, downward-moving force that helps you feel rooted, centered, and resilient during the vata season of autumn.

What You'll Experience

  • Improve balance, coordination, and stability

  • Build leg and core strength for healthy aging

  • Increase flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and lower body

  • Calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm

  • Cultivate greater grounding, focus, and resilience

  • Enjoy thoughtfully sequenced full-body practices with a strong foundation in Ayurvedic wisdom

Leave each class feeling stronger, steadier, and more prepared to navigate both the yoga mat and daily life with confidence and ease.
