Celebrate the new moon with a soothing, gentle yoga practice to release tension, calm the nerves, and quiet the mind. This special sequence is designed for during the menstrual flow--relaxing floor poses, soothing breath-work, and guided relaxation (vata-balancing). All gender-identities welcome.
