Join Larissa for intermediate-level classes to harmonize each of vata's subdoshas (prana, udana, samana, apana, vyana: 1 subdosha per week). Explore how skillfully adjusting asana alignment, drishti, and pranayama brings smoother pranic flow through each of the vayus. Deepen your Ayurveda knowledge, ease tension, and enhance presence of mind in a slow practice enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
