Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with a soothing afternoon of therapeutic yoga to deeply unwind, gentle breath-work to enhance radiant calm, mindful meditations to boost joy, and refreshing aromatherapy for winter.  We’ll help you restore & reset so you can be your best as the seasons change.  Join Larissa and Cassie for this magical mini-escape in a beautiful winter wonderland.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, including warm layers.  Yoga mat, water bottle, journal & pen.  Jacket and walking shoes (weather permitting, we'll step outside for a brief walking meditation).

Seesaws has a lovely firepit for us to enjoy after the workshop.  Their cash bar & restaurant opens at 4:30pm. We hope you'll gather with us post-workshop to enjoy the festive atmosphere and celebrate the coming winter season!
