Did you know kapha dosha governs 5 main bodily locations? Kapha's subdoshas require specific balancing techniques. Join Larissa for intermediate-level classes to harmonize each of kapha's subdoshas (kledaka, avalambaka, bodhaka, tarpaka, shleshaka: 1 subdosha per week). Explore how skillfully adjusting asana alignment, drishti, and pranayama brings smoother pranic flow through each of the subdoshas. Deepen your Ayurveda knowledge, ease tension, and enhance presence of mind in a slow, strengthening, invigorating (and sometimes peppy for kapha!) practice enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
