Enjoy a 60-minute intermediate-level class to balance pitta dosha with expansive, stretchy, refreshing poses. Release heat and agitation with moon salutations emphasizing deep stretches, cooling twists, & relaxing slow flow--enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
Props: strap, 2 blocks, blanket.
