Learn to live in harmony with the seasons naturally through Ayurveda's 5 elements (space, wind, fire, water, earth) and the 3 doshas (vata, pitta, kapha).
Discover at this intimate summer BEtreat how to achieve balance in your life through the implementation of Ayurveda's seasonal diet, lifestyle, and yoga practices. Balance your body, mind, and spirit with Ayurveda's practical approach to food, spices, teas, and self-care routines, guided with great expertise and compassion.
Experience your shift toward wellBeing at BWBH’s beautiful BEtreat space on 12+ acres, beginning with Friday evening’s gathering by the fire pit. This BWBH Wellness BEtreat includes a 1-HR SOUND HEALING session with Rachel of Rachel’s Space Yoga. We’ll also share grounding moments on the stones surrounding the pond, easy walks to the nearby Mother Tree and guided meditation in the Fresh Air Studio.
