Join Larissa Hall Carlson for intermediate-level classes to balance pitta dosha with stretchy, expansive, refreshing postures. Each week will include a different set of cooling, slow, stretchy postures specifically aligned for pitta: side-bends, forward bends, balancing, and twists. Release summer heat and tension while gently relaxing the mind in four very different practices enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
