Join Larissa for intermediate-level classes to harmonize each of pitta's subdoshas (pachaka, ranjaka, sadhaka, alochaka, bhrajaka: 1 subdosha per week). Explore how skillfully adjusting asana alignment, drishti, and pranayama brings smoother pranic flow through each of the subdoshas. Deepen your Ayurveda knowledge, ease tension, and enhance presence of mind in a slow, strengthening, refreshing practice enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
