Celebrate the beginning of autumn with an evening of mindfulness! We'll begin with a few mindful movements to loosen up the joints and spine, inviting suppleness and relaxation. You'll then be guided in Dirgha, the three-part yogic breath, excellent for clearing the lungs, gently dislodging toxins, and enhancing a sense of aliveness. Then try Bhramari, the bumblebee breath, one of my favorites for removing mental clutter. Next, sit comfortably for a refreshing breath-based meditation. And finally, lie down for a soothing and rejuvenating body scan yoga nidra. Leave feeling more clear, open, grounded, and peaceful.
