Feeling spun by the seasonal transition? The change from summer to fall can be difficult on body and mind, leaving dry skin and scattered thoughts. Come re-balance with Ayurveda, yoga's sister science! You'll be guided in an ancient healing technique of self-massage with luscious organic oil, focusing on hydrating and releasing tension from the arms and legs. Then rest deeply in body scan yoga nidra while the verbalized oil soaks in. We'll then explore Nadi Shodhana, an alternate-nostril breathing technique praised for quickly calming the nerves and refreshing the mind. Finally, we'll end with a seated mindfulness meditation. Leave feeling scrumptiously nourished, relaxed, and rejuvenated! Note: for the self-massage, wear a t-shirt and shorts or loose pants. Not recommended for pregnancy, skin infections, or colds.
