Ayurvedic Yoga for Fall: Vata Alignment

In order: supine, prone, inversions, backbends, twists, side bends, balancing, and squats

Join Larissa Hall Carlson for intermediate-level classes to harmonize vata dosha with soothing, warming, grounding postures.  Each week will include a different set of slow, stretchy postures specifically aligned for vata: supine, prone, inversions, backbends, twists, side bends, balancing, and squats.  Release tension while soothing the mind in eight very different practices enveloped in Ayurvedic theory. 

Props: strap, 2 blocks, blanket.

Recordings will be available under the Ayurveda category within 24 hours of the livestream event. This bundle includes access classes for up to 1 month after they air. 

Certified yoga teachers can receive 8 Yoga Alliance continuing education credits upon completion of the 8-class bundle.
