Learn Ayurveda’s (Yoga’s Sister Science) approach to harmonizing the doshas with essential oils and natural scents. You’ll learn safe usage for essential oils, explore various methods (e.g. diffuser, bath salts, direct inhalation, etc.), and get a chance to mix your own massage oil for each dosha. Learn which aromas work best for each of the doshas, and which work well for yoga & meditation.
Materials: 3oz sunflower seed oil (or neutral sub) & 3 small massage oil containers
