You’ll build on foundational techniques—including Dirgha, Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, Sheetali, and Sun Breaths—then flow into advanced practices like Kapalabhati variations, Anuloma Viloma, Bhramari, and Bhastrika. Together, we’ll explore the intended purposes, benefits, and safety guidelines of each, empowering you to teach and practice with clarity, enthusiasm, and grace.
