Gentle Spring Cleanse with Larissa & Kari

We're thrilled to guide you through this livestream 5-day Ayurvedic detox program!  Spring is an ideal time to cleanse out toxins and burn off excess from the winter.  We've designed a very gentle cleanse to support detox, stress relief, and rejuvenation.

The cleanse program includes daily gentle yoga classes4 Zoom calls with Larisa & Kari, cleanse handouts, a daily cleanse & self-care calendar, a fun kitchari cooking video2 detox pranayama videos, and daily pranayama & meditation audio tracks to support deep relaxation and rejuvenation. 

It's simple and very effective.  Enjoy a mono-diet of kitchari (Indian rice & beans with ghee and dosha-balancing spices) for breakfast, lunch, & dinner for 5 days.  It's a delicious, ancient recipe that's easy to make--a perfect protein, easy to digest, balancing for all 3 doshas, and Ayurveda's favorite food for detoxing.  This simple mono-diet will help re-set digestion & elimination, while gently detoxing the body/mind.  And, you'll get to switch up the flavors a bit with different spices and veggies each day. 

Additionally, you'll be drinking lots of hot lemon water, CCF tea, and other herbal teas that support gentle detoxification.  

For best results, life should be as relaxed as possible during an Ayurvedic cleanse.  So, we recommend taking some time off during April 1-5.  You might use up personal days or take a vacation day.  As much as you can, try to block out lots of extra rest and quiet time that week--perhaps avoid social events, limit work, and reduce errands (do those the weekends before and after).  

Think of this as a home retreat!  Your daily self-care techniques will play a huge role in the cleanse--dry brushing, tongue scraping, oil massage, nature walks, daily yoga (we'll do it together), pranayama & meditation (you'll get audio tracks), journaling, and slowing way down.  It should all feel nourishing, purifying, rejuvenating, and scrumptious.   Join us and renew your spring sparkle!
