Course Description:
Give yourself the gift of inner peace! Release physical tension with walking meditation and light stretching. Boost tranquility, compassion, and radiant calm with metta (loving kindness), meditation on breath, meditation on sound, japa-mantra (bring your mala beads), mindful eating, slow motion prana, and gentle pranayama. Enhance insight with journaling and mindful contemplations. Complete each day with a relaxing body scan yoga nidra. Deeply soothe body and mind with a quiet, serene, rejuvenating weekend of mindfulness--a gentle approach to deepening your meditation practice.
