Kapha Alignment Yoga (4-week series) Better Yoga ZOOM


March 6-27: Wednesdays 9-10am ET

Join Larissa Hall Carlson for intermediate-level classes to balance kapha dosha with expansive, warming, energizing postures. Each week will include a different set of invigorating, slow, stretchy postures specifically aligned for kapha: side-bends, inversions, balancing, and back bends. Release spring sluggishness while gently stimulating the mind in four very different practices enveloped in Ayurvedic theory.
