Enjoy a holistic experience of Ayurvedic self-care and dosha-balancing yoga, tailored specifically for the fall season. Here's what you can expect:

Aromatherapy for Doshas: Explore the healing properties of organic essential oils and discover how they can be used to balance your doshas during the fall season. Learn practical tips for incorporating aromatherapy into your daily routine for enhanced well-being.

Vata-Balancing Yoga: Flow through a specially-curated yoga sequence designed to pacify the airy, expansive qualities of vata dosha that often become exacerbated during the fall season. Grounding postures, gentle twists, and mindful movements will help you find stability and ease in body and mind.

Breathwork and Meditation: Immerse yourself in gentle breathwork techniques and a grounding meditation, allowing you to center yourself and cultivate inner tranquility.

Sense Care: Experience the blissful art of sense care as we delve into Ayurveda's nourishing approach to awakening and soothing the five senses.  Discover how rose water spritz, tongue scraping, oil pulling, dry brushing, and other sense care tools can support your goals of thriving health and wellness.
Guided Abhyanga (Self-Massage): Experience the ancient practice of abhyanga, a luxurious self-massage using organic herbal oils. Under expert guidance, learn the techniques to nourish your skin, calm your nervous system, and promote detoxification and balance.  It's scrumptious!
Body Scan: Delve into a guided body scan meditation, allowing you to release tension and cultivate a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace.
