Join beloved teachers Larissa Hall Carlson and Cassie Short in the picturesque Green Mountains of Vermont for a special overnight women’s retreat designed to soothe your nervous system, balance your energy, and support your overall well-being with the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga.

This intimate gathering will help you shake off tension, clear out mental clutter, and reconnect with your radiant self—just in time for the seasonal shift.

Saturday Afternoon Workshop
🧘‍♀️ Women’s Health & Renewal Half-Day Yoga + Meditation Workshop (1:30–4:30pm)
Held in the Yoga Barn, this rejuvenating session includes:

  • Therapeutic yoga for deep release

  • Gentle breathwork for inner balance

  • Seasonal aromatherapy

  • Restorative poses, yoga nidra & mudras for calm

  • Guided meditations, including Bathed in Sound Gong Meditation & Savor the Sweetness Meditation

  • New this year: Women’s Health focus for embracing life’s transitions

Post-Workshop Gathering
🔥 Unwind with tea and community at the fire pit (4:30–5:30pm)

🌙 Overnight Experience at Seesaw’s Lodge

Extend your retreat with a luxurious overnight stay in our private lodge—only 7 beds available for a serene, small-group experience.

Saturday Evening
🍲 Ayurvedic-Inspired Dinner (5:30–7pm) – Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian meal prepared by a private chef
🪔 Fireside Women’s Health Talk (7–8pm) – Cozy up with Larissa and Cassie for an educational and empowering Ayurvedic discussion
💫 Evening Wind-Down – Soak in the hot tub, stargaze, read, journal, or simply rest

Sunday Morning
🍵 Light Ayurvedic Breakfast (7–8am) – Ease into your morning with warm, nourishing flavors and mountain air
🧘🏽‍♀️ Women’s Health Morning Session (9–11am) – Mindfulness practices, group discussion, and a closing circle for integration and support

  • Lodging at Seesaw’s Lodge—private room with private bath (Saturday night, Nov 8)

  • 100% refund available through Oct 6, minus $50 admin fee
