(18 contact hours + 2.5-hour audio course = 20.5 Yoga Alliance CE hours)

Nourish yourself. Energize your teaching. Thrive from the inside out.

Yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners—this weekend is for you! Teaching yoga is deeply rewarding—but it can also be exhausting. Learn to care for yourself, prevent burnout, and boost your vitality while diving into the subtle, life-enhancing wisdom of Ayurveda.

What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is yoga’s sister science—a complete system of health and wellness techniques designed to maintain balance, optimize vitality, and prevent disease. By understanding your unique constitution (dosha) and the rhythms of nature, you can create a lifestyle that supports long-term well-being, energetic harmony, and holistic health.

Guided by Larissa, you’ll explore how this ancient science supports your lifestyle, energetic well-being, and holistic balance. You’ll discover your dosha/constitution (vata, pitta, kapha) and learn how to integrate practical Ayurvedic tools into every aspect of your life and teaching.

What you’ll explore:
Dincharya – Daily Ayurvedic routines to nourish body, mind, and spirit
Ayurvedic-Yoga – Adjust your yoga practice and teaching according to dosha, season, weather, and life stage
Holistic Yoga Insight – Multilevel understanding of yoga as a complete mind-body-energy practice

Bring a towel for abhyanga, a restorative self-massage that leaves you feeling renewed and energized. By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave with actionable practices to sustain your teaching, enhance your longevity, and deepen your own self-care.
